In the case of cancellation, I will refund you all of your payment except the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 48 hours before your session, I require a 20% cancellation fee.
In the case of rescheduling, I offer one free reschedule. If we have to reschedule again due to an emergency or weather, that is permitted and can be discussed further.
